Q. Do you really answer questions and give personal coaching on your site? How do you find the time?

A: Yes, myself and my team really answer your questions on the SVP Private Facebook Group every single day.  Every single member is important to me and if you’re struggling, I want to help you succeed. So if you’re interested in getting personal advice straight from The Sculpted Vegan, now is the time to get onboard.

Q: Do I have to take any supplements?

A: No you don’t have to, but to get the best possible results, there are some supplements that we recommend to help you to burn fat effectively and get the most out of this program.  None of the supplements contain caffeine or any dangerous fat burning components.  They are all amino acids or herbs designed to nourish and support. However, no supplement will every make up for bad diet or lack of training.  But if you’re doing the program with gusto, then a few supplements can accelerate your progress and we advise on these with care.

Q: Do I have to join a gym or buy any equipment?

A: Yes, this is a gym based program.  You DO need some kind of resistance training because that’s the key to revving up your metabolism, sculpting lean muscle and keeping the muscle you already have.  However, if you don’t have access to a gym, you can modify the workouts to do at home.  Simply ask Google for “home alternative to xxxx exercise” and it will give you a host of options.  Remember… where there is a will, there is a way!  Don’t let anything stop you from making it work.

Q: I don’t want to bulk up - will this program still work for me?

A: Yes. This is designed to maintain the muscle you have and shred away fat.  So even though you may look more ripped at the end, you definitely won’t look bulky.

Q: Does the program work for men as well as women?

A: Absolutely.  Women have different needs and the program gives you the exact method to work out your individual protein and carb requirements.  However, the workout programs work equally well for men and women, as you choose your own weights and resistance. Q: I just turned 59. Am I too old to start this program? Please be honest.

A: Honestly, you’re too old NOT to start this program. The science shows that college-age kids don’t have to worry about hormone levels and muscle loss – getting in shape is easy for them. From your 30’s to 40’s and beyond, when hormones and metabolism start to change, if you don’t eat the right food and get the right exercise, your muscles (and bone density) disintegrate faster with every passing year, while fat goes on easier. Age 35-55 is our biggest member demographic and more people are joining us after 55 than ever.

Q: I can't eat wheat or any products with gluten. Can I still follow the nutrition part of 4 Week Program?

A: Yes. Gluten intolerance is common and you can easily work around it as there are only two foods in the whole program that contain gluten (seitan and oats).

Q: I'm lactose intolerant. Can I still do the 4 Week program?

A: Yes. Dairy products do not feature at all on this program so you’re home and dry with this one.

Q: Will this work for vegetarians or meat eaters?

A: The program was designed specifically for vegans but can be adapted for carnivores as well, as you’re able to customize your own meal plans based on which foods you eat.

Q: Will this work in my country? I'm worried about not having the foods required where I live.

A: Yes. We have members all over the world and you can adapt the food choices to work wherever you live.

Q: I don't have a gym membership. Will this work for me?

A: This program is designed to be gym based.In order to work out at home you would need to have a good range of equipment.However, if you don’t have a huge range of equipment, a simple Google search for an alternative exercise will suffice.  As long as you’re working the same muscle group you can substitute accordingly.

Q: I have the 12 Week Shred Program already. How is this program different?

A: The 12 Week Shred is a very different program which is much less intense.  This program has completely different workouts, cardio plan, meal plans and recipes. The results are very similar, but the 4 Week Shred will get you peeled in a third of the time.
